We offer free regular shipping on all orders over $75.  For orders below this amount or for Express shipping, please consult the shipping rate chart below. 

We also offer free in-store pick up for those on the Island of Montreal. 

If you live outside of Canada or the USA and would like to place an order, please email us. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are processed one to two business days after they are submitted. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
